Recovery in Motion

Recovery Pathways for Temporary Musculoskeletal Knee Injury in Young Adults

Project Description

Recovery in Motion is a wearable rehabilitation project that guides knee movement and supports muscle strengthening during home-based recovery. By integrating resistance training with visual feedback through knit structures, it enables therapist-prescribed exercises while translating joint movement into perceivable visual cues. It focuses on making gradual progress more perceivable to encourage consistent rehabilitation in everyday life.
