Brevane Stone
Embedding scent into wearable jewelry to heighten alertness and wakefulness.
Project Description
Brevane Stone explores how olfactory cues, embedded into wearable ceramic jewelry, can enhance alertness in individuals with disrupted circadian rhythms. Using slip-cast forms that absorb and diffuse stimulating essential oils, the project applies Pavlovian conditioning principles to support wakefulness, with a focus on women managing irregular sleep schedules and caregiving roles.
