bbNYC

A Biomimetic Solution to Micromobility Obstacles

For commuters who feel intimated and unsafe by the lack of biking infrastructure in New York City, bbNYC is a system design that seeks inspiration from the natural world to encourage community led action toward people-friendly streets. Unlike traditional infrastructure measures, like protected bike lanes which frequently face significant bureaucratic and financial delays, bbNYC relies on the grouped movement of cyclists to create a "dynamic infrastructure."
